If a Support Specialist is not available to Live Chat, you can instead submit a Ticket that we will answer as soon as possible via email.
Choose "Leave us a Message" and complete the information, giving us as much detail regarding your question or issue as possible!
If you would prefer to submit a ticket during school hours instead of starting a Live Chat, you can do that too! Just visit the Help Center via the Support button in your Manage View or at support.modernteacherone.com and choose to Submit a Request at the top. This is the same as Leaving a Message via the Help button - responses will come to your email.
