Using the Self-Enroll Link

 
 
Another option to add students to a new or existing class is to have them Self-Enroll. In the Cog or Settings Gear for your class, select the Share Enroll Link, as shown above, and copy the link that appears in the pop-up, shown below. Share this link with your students by sending it in an email, printing it in on handout, writing it on the board, or projecting it.

If you're worried about your students correctly typing the link, you may wish to use a free link-shortening service like bitly.com.
 
 
When students visit the link, they will have two options. They can simply Log In if they have an existing account, and they'll be added to your class. Or, they can Sign Up by filling in their information to set up their account for the first time and enroll in your class.
