Now that you have made your Lesson, you can Assign it to Students to make it available in their accounts.
Return to the Manage View and select the Lesson you would like to assign. Click on the cog/gear button to the left of the particular Lesson to access the drop-down menu, and then select Assign to Students.
A box will pop up in which you may select the class you would like to assign the Lesson to, as shown below.
Once you have chosen your class, you can choose the particular students you wish to have this Lesson, or click "Select All" to assign it to the entire class. Selecting only some students allows you to differentiate and assign different version of the Lesson to others.
If students' accounts start to look too cluttered with Lessons, or if you don't want them to have access to a certain lesson anymore, you can Unassign the lesson by removing the check mark next to students' names. If you'd like to unassign the lesson from the whole class, you can Unselect All. If you re-assign the lesson later, the students' work on that lesson (annotations, assessment responses, etc.) will reappear.
If you would like to make a change to a Lesson while students are working on it, you can do so by going back into the Lesson Creator. On the page, make the change, hitPublish Page or Publish Lesson, and have students hit the Refresh button on their screens. Changes will appear immediately.
