Right now, you're accessing this lesson in the Professional Learning context, and you've just learned how to Teach in the Lesson Engine. These views of Modern Teacher ONE appear very similar. On this page, we'll take a look at what it's like to Create & Manage in the Lesson Engine, which looks quite different. Note, you may also have the ability to Create & Manage in the Professional Learning context.
Clicking on the Context Switcher icon allows you to select Create & Manage, which is how teachers create Lessons, contact Support, view their Gradebook, browse the Library, and more. Clicking Create & Manage in the Lesson Engine context will take you to the Lesson Engine Management view, shown here:
To create a Lesson, click your Grade Level, Subject, and Course. Then click the Plus sign to create a Unit, Lesson, and Pages.
Click on a Page to enter the Lesson Creator, where you can select from the Add Item menu to begin building your Lesson. Edit items on the right side by clicking on the Pencil Icon.
The images on the left are visual representations of what your students will see. You can only edit and rearrange Items on the right side of the Lesson Creator.
