As you navigate through your account, you'll notice icons on the left and data below each Course, Unit, Lesson, and Page. This page describes each icon you might see as a teacher in the Lesson Engine. The attachment below also shows how these icons appear to students in the Lesson Engine and adults in the Professional Learning context.
Pencil Icon - In Progress
The class is working on the assessments, but no one has turned it in yet, so there is no available assessment data.
Check Icon - High Average
Assessment data for the class is available, and so far, the class average is 75% or above.
No Icon - Unopened
No one in the class has yet opened the Course, Unit, Lesson, or Page.
Warning - Low Average
Assessment data for the class is available, and so far, the class average is below 75%.
Eye Icon - Viewed
This page contains no assessments, so assessment data is not available or in progress. However, the page has been opened and viewed.
Turned In Icon - To Be Graded
The student has turned in this page, but the page does not contain any auto-graded assessments, so the manual grade will come from the teacher.
